The Potjie Circulator is a handy accessory for the potjie pot, helping circulate the juices in your potjie, bringing the flavour to the top and then allowing them to infuse back down through the layers. We never stir our potjies once the vegetables are layered in the pot, and this clever invention helps circulate the liquids without stirring.
