Hooikraal Tented Camp is an eco-camp nestled under the thorn trees between the Cape Overberg and Garden Route. The ideal place to sit back, relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.

Situated only a few kilometres from the small town of Heidelberg on the N2, the camp offers a unique escape from the busy city. The Camp is located on a working farm and offers stunning views of the countryside with the Langeberg mountains as a backdrop.

Hooikraal Tented Camp offer large campsites and self-catering, tented accommodation (2-sleeper and 4-sleeper family options). Bring your tent, off-road trailer or caravan and come and enjoy camping the under the thorn trees and stars. There are two bathrooms and a communal splash pool in the campsite. Campsites do not have electricity. There is a wood-fired hot tub for up to 4 people and several farm dams for swimming. You can enjoy mountain biking, and hiking/walking trails on the working farm.
